No Cake November, 2025Did you know that approximately 1/3 of children in Milton Keynes are living in poverty? This time of year seems particularly appropriate to do something to help.Have you heard of %u2018St Mark%u2019s Meals%u2019? This amazing organisation provides Meal Boxes containing the ingredients and recipe for a choice of 5 different meals for families in MK. These are distributed through the schools, nurseries and family centres where the staff are aware of need amongst the children and their families. This what they say: %u2018WE CAN%u2019T FIX EVERY PROBLEM, BUT WE CAN SORT DINNER! Currently 1 in 3 children in MK are living with poverty. With your help, we can feed hungry tummies all across the city. We want children all over Milton Keynes to have dinner so that they can turn up at school the next day without the burden of hunger pangs.
